Ginger Withers, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in orthopaedics, spine, and Occupational medicine.  She has extensive knowledge in treating knee, shoulder, arm, leg, and back pain.  She routinely evaluates and treats acute injuries and fractures.  She is a respected member of the orthopaedic team and a direct liaison between the patients and the physicians.  Ginger is often the first member of the team to evaluate a patient, order any necessary studies, and initiate their care and she is an expert in performing joint injections.  She is trained in identifying and preparing patients for epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and facet blocks as well as all orthopaedic issues. 

Ginger received her Associate of Nursing from Walters State Community College, her Bachelor of Nursing from East Tennessee State and her Masters of Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).  She worked in Pediatrics, OB-GYN, and Intensive/Critical Care. After graduating as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine. Ginger is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  As a Morristown/ Jefferson City native, she is fulfilling her dreams by providing healthcare to her own community.
